Most companies don't stall because of bad plans. They stall because leaders lose sight of what matters or their people stop believing in where they're going.
That's why my work goes deeper than tactics.
I help leaders and their teams remove what's in the way of what's possible. To challenge what they think they know. To reconnect with what they're actually building. And to lead in ways that don't require them to lose themselves in the process.

Beyond speaking, I work privately with a small number of business owners each year through my Clarity Intensive, a 90-day investigation and transformation process.
Most of these engagements come from private Forum talks or people who've been reading my work. It's by referral only, and it's where business forensics meets personal truth.
