About
Howard

Still in it. For all the right reasons.

I’ve spent 35 years inside businesses—building them, turning them around, and helping their leaders come back to life.

I’ve worked with hundreds of companies. Managed over $150 million in new revenue. Sat with owners who couldn’t sleep and founders whose eyes were dimming out.

I’ve heard it all:

“I’m exhausted.”
“This isn’t fun anymore.”
“I’m not sure it’s worth it.”

What I’ve learned is this: strategy alone doesn’t fix that.

Most companies stall because their people stop believing.
They get stuck in what they used to be.
They forget who they are now.

That’s why I speak.

To challenge what leaders think is possible.
To pull companies out of autopilot.
To help businesses grow without leaving their people behind.

I don’t give keynotes. I give leaders something to hold on to. Because when the business stops feeling like it matters, everything else does too.

Looking for something real? Not just a speaker, an inflection point

Your audience doesn’t need another pep talk. They need to see themselves differently.

  • Most speakers give you inspiration. I give you transformation.

There's not only one reason my talks create lasting change:

    I'm not here to:

    • Pump you up with hidden accomplishments and comfortable excuses that keep companies stuck

    • Show leaders how to control themselves and their people

    • Leave your audience with a few bullet points and a clear next step, they will be drawn to take

If you want safe, predictable content, I'm not your guy.

If you want a keynote your audience will reference six months from now, we should talk.

  • (and You Shouldn’t Settle For)

    I won't tell you everything's amazing.

I won't stand on stage pretending that leadership is easy or that growth comes without hard choices.

I won't leave your audience feeling good but doing nothing.

Most conferences are packed with speakers who repeat the same clichés.

    "Think outside the box."
    "Dream bigger."
"You're the best of failure—and so have your attendees."

    Here's the truth nobody says:

Your people don't need another motivational poster. They need to see why they're stuck and what to do about it.

    That's what my talks deliver.
